Stencils

Stencils are a really handy tool when you want to make repeating patterns, get perfect geometric shapes or sketch out larger text so that it is even in size. You can use stencils for everything from scrapbooking and decorating your BuJo to painting furniture or why not create your own medallion wallpaper with a stencil of a beautiful ornament. Before paper wallpaper became available to the masses, stenciled borders and other wall decorations were very common. Stencils are also popular in street art but are often referred to as spray templates or stencils. It is relatively quick to use a stencil and the same motif can be recreated several times, which has certainly contributed to its popularity.
