Pencils
Most of us have a lead pencil in the pen case, which is not very strange since it is a very versatile pencil. Perfect for writing, sketching, drawing, and shading. It can create fantastic artwork or help calculating a difficult equation. It can be used in school, or among artists. Above all, it has a quality that few other pencils have – it is erasable.
Something that is good to know is that the lead inside the pencil can be softer or harder. The hardness is graded on a scale, where 9B is the softest and 9H the hardest. H stands for Hard and B for Black. If you want a dark line you should choose a pen with a softer lead, and if you want a lighter line you should choose a hard lead. Things that are written with a hard lead are also easier to erase. You usually use a softer pencil when drawing, and a harder pencil when writing.
