Terms and Conditions

The competition is organised by Pen Store Sthlm AB. In this competition, 100 winners will be selected by random draw from all approved entries. Each participant may submit any number of entries but can only win once (1). A valid entry requires that the competition instructions have been followed and that the submission has been sent in the manner specified in the competition description.

Participation is free of charge, and no purchase or order of materials from Pen Store is required. The prize consists of a selection of products with a total value of approximately € 45.90 including VAT, where the contents — such as, but not limited to, colours — may differ from what is shown in text and imagery.

By participating, the entrant grants Pen Store Sthlm AB a non-exclusive, perpetual and royalty-free right to use and publish the submitted material freely in its own and external channels, including but not limited to its website, newsletters and social media, without any right to compensation.

Winners will be notified by email and will receive their prize in the form of a personal discount code, which they will use to order their prize. The discount code is valid for 30 days from the date the prize email is sent; after that it expires without compensation. The prize can be ordered with free standard delivery within Europe, and any applicable prize tax is paid by the winner. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, vouchers, other assets or another product. The competition period, dates and any additional terms are stated in the competition description.
