With Amsterdam Modeling Paste you can build relief-like grounds that add depth and life to your artworks. The paste is pigmented with Titanium White, which means colours become lighter when mixed with it. It can be used on its own or in combination with Amsterdam acrylic colours and other mediums to create unique structures and effects.
Modeling Paste adheres very well to absorbent, clean surfaces such as canvas, wood, plywood, cardboard and paper. It also works as a primer on alkaline surfaces such as concrete, plaster and brick – perfect for mural painting. For very absorbent grounds, a pre-coat with Amsterdam Acrylic Binder is recommended.

Features:
- Creates a textured, relief-like ground with excellent adhesion for acrylic and oil paint.
- Suitable for canvas (linen, cotton), wood, plywood, cardboard, paper and mural surfaces.
- Dries within a few hours, depending on layer thickness.
- Can be mixed with acrylic paint, gel mediums and other acrylic mediums.
- Waterproof and non-yellowing over time.
- Clean tools with water.
- Apply at temperatures above 10 °C and store frost-free.
