By submitting material via upload forms on Pen Store’s website or newsletter, you agree to these terms.

You grant Pen Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual right to use and adapt the material for marketing and communication purposes (e.g. website, e-commerce, social media, advertising, newsletters, and print/digital media). Pen Store may state your name/username/location if you have provided this information.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights/permissions to the material, that individuals who appear/are heard have given their consent (parental consent if under 18), and that the material is not unlawful or infringing upon third-party rights.

No compensation will be provided. You are responsible for the accuracy of the above and agree to indemnify Pen Store against any third-party claims related to the material. Pen Store is not obliged to publish the material. You may request that future use be discontinued, but the material may already have been published or included in campaigns.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Pen Store’s privacy policy. Swedish law applies, and any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court (Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance).
