You hereby grant Pen Store Sthlm AB (556797-0073), hereinafter “Pen Store”, a non-exclusive, royalty-free world-wide license to use any photos and moving content in relation to which you have responded #yespenstore, hereinafter “content”, for marketing and advertising, including its online stores, paid and non-paid social media, and other communication. Pen Store may use, distribute, reproduce, combine with other materials, edit and alter your content in its sole discretion.

You hereby warrant that (1) you own all rights to the content, (2) you have permission from any person or persons appearing in your content to grant the rights herein, (3) Pen Store’s use of your content will not violate the rights of any third party or law. You hereby discharge and release Pen Store from all and any obligation to pay you for any use whatsoever of your content and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described. You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Pen Store and any person acting on Pen Store’s behalf harmless from all demands, claims and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the content as above described.
