Paul Fisher's space pens were used by NASA already in the first manned launch of the Apollo program in 1968. The pressurized cartridge writes in rain, heat, cold, all angles and of course in space! When closed, the Bullet has the perfect size for storage in wallet, pocket, handbag or toolbox. When opened, it becomes a full-size and well-balanced writing pen.
The inspiration behind the name of the Purple Haze Bullet Space Pen comes from the purple stratospheric haze that glows around Titan, Saturn's largest moon. A beautiful interaction of gases and particles colliding nearly 560 kilometers above Titan's surface results in a fascinating violet glow.
