Sakura Gelly Roll

Sakura Gelly Roll is a range of gel pens with pigmented, water‑based ink that provides opaque, smooth and intense lines. Gelly Roll was developed by the Japanese company Sakura, which was the first to introduce gel‑based ink in the 1980s.

The pens contain archival, water‑based pigment ink that writes smoothly and delivers bright, opaque colour, even on dark or coloured paper. They are often used for creative projects such as illustration, bullet journaling, hand lettering, sketching and decorating cards and scrapbooks. They are also very popular for detailed and precise sketches and artworks.
