The Basics paints have a medium-bodied consistency that is smooth and easy to work with, both for colour mixing and larger areas of colour. Professional Gloss Super Heavy Gel thickens the paint and makes it possible to build raised forms and defined brush or palette knife marks. It can also be used on its own to create decorative surfaces while maintaining gloss and transparency.
The acrylic paints are suitable for canvas, paper, wood, card and other paintable surfaces. They can be mixed with other acrylic paints and mediums from Liquitex, giving you plenty of freedom to experiment with different techniques and creative expressions.
