Fountain pens in this price range are usually not refillable, but this one can be used with both a cartridge and a converter. It is also very comfortable to write with and has a good ink flow.

Pen body in transparent plastic. Steel nib.
Nib width: Fine (0.3 mm).
Includes a black ink cartridge.

Refillable with Platinum reservoir cartridges available in multiple colours. Can also be used with Platinum Converter if you want to fill the pen with bottled ink (not included).
