The pen is suitable for both quick colouring and precise details, and features a reversible tip that extends durability. Fundamentally, the Posca PC-5BR is identical to the popular PC-5M: same design, same opaque water-based colour, and the same feel in the hand. With the new brush tip, you get the best of both worlds. The tip is firm and consistent like a classic marker but also flexible in a way that offers a more painterly feel.
The water-based pigmented ink adheres to almost all surfaces including paper, canvas, plastic, glass, metal, porcelain, photos, stone, and wood. On porous surfaces, the ink becomes permanent, making your artwork durable and vibrant. The colour is pumped out by pressing the tip against a surface, making it easy to adjust the pen’s flow.
