Sennelier Pastel À l'écu Landscape contains 48 soft pastels in a colour selection tailored to landscapes and nature subjects. The pastels are made from fine pigments mixed with chalk and porcelain clay, giving them a very soft consistency and making them easy to apply, blend and tone.

The set contains a variety of green, blue, brown and earthy shades, together with warmer colours and lighter tones. The broad selection makes it possible to create detailed landscapes, work with different lighting conditions and build up smooth transitions between colours. The pastels should be fixed after use to preserve the finished result. Due to their chalk content, they are not suitable for washes.
