Decoupage is a glue and paint in one. It is suitable for making collages or decorations with napkins (one layer), cuttings from newspapers, magazines, photos and paper. Particularly thin paper gives the best results. Suitable for wood, cardboard, clay, plaster, papier-mâché, etc.

How to use: Paint a layer on the surface and put the paper on top of it, then paint another layer with decoupage. Drying time is 30 minutes.
