Gelly Roll Glaze 3-D is a pencil that gives you a glossy slightly raised 3D effect. The ink is waterproof on most surfaces. The ink is visible on white, black and glossy paper. Also sticks to shiny surfaces such as plastic, metal, cardboard and glass. You get the best effect if you write slowly and then let it dry for a few minutes. The ink dries completely after about 10 minutes on most surfaces.
